Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will request that NHS England requires that Regional Medicines Optimisation Committees put into the public domain draft minutes of previous meetings of those committees within a fortnight of meetings taking place.

We do not plan to make such a request. NHS England’s Medicines Optimisation Oversight Group, the governance group for the committees, has agreed that minutes of the Regional Medicines Optimisation Committees should be in the public domain within four weeks of a meeting.
