The Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) continues to be available to help incentivise and support investment into early-stage, higher risk unquoted companies over the coming tax year. The amount of EIS funding that companies can raise remains at a generous £5 million each year and a maximum of £12 million over their lifetime, or £10 million and £20 million respectively for knowledge intensive companies.
