Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask Her Majesty's Government how many consultations are presently being conducted by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

As set out on gov.uk, there have been 169 consultations and calls for evidence linked to the Department since April 2014, four of which are open consultations, none of which are open calls for evidence, and 126 of which have had a published response. The four open consultations are:
- Air quality: draft Clean Air Strategy 2018
- Approved Document B (fire safety): amendments to statutory guidance on assessments in lieu of tests
- Powers for dealing with unauthorised development and encampments
- Integrated Communities Strategy green paper
