Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask His Majesty's Government whether, under the Windsor Framework, fishing vessels registered in Great Britain landing catch in Northern Ireland are considered third country vessels; and if so, what steps they are taking to rectify this.
There is no change to the requirements that apply regarding landing of vessels into ports in Northern Ireland. Vessels should continue to operate in line with the status quo as set out in the guidance on gov.uk.
