Fishing Vessels: Northern Ireland

Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask His Majesty's Government whether fishing vessels from (1) Great Britain, and (2) Northern Ireland, landing fishing catches at Northern Ireland, will be treated as vessels from third countries following the provisions of the Windsor Framework.

There is no change to the requirements that apply regarding the landing of fish into ports in NI. Vessels should continue to operate in line with the status quo.
