Question to the Home Office:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what steps they are taking to ensure that the recent uncertainty over the immigration status of the Windrush generation will not be repeated in relation to other people who have come to the UK legally and have indefinite leave to remain.

If an individual came to the UK legally and has indefinite leave to remain, they have already regularised their position and should have relevant documentation needed to prove that. If they haven't, we will assist them to do so.
