Question to the Department for Education:
To ask Her Majesty's Government what support they provide for the development of University Technical Colleges.

Once university technical college (UTC) applications have been approved, projects receive financial support during their development as they work towards opening. Similarly, they receive funding in the early years after opening as they build up towards capacity. UTCs are also eligible for specialist equipment funding, agreed on a case-by-case basis as appropriate, to support the teaching of technical subjects.
