Question to the Department for Education:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government, in the light of John Frank Training going into liquidation on 30 November 2016, what support is being given to students to recoup their loans.

The Skills Funding Agency and Student Loans Company are working closely to support learners. Possible alternative providers have been identified for all Advanced Learner Loans funded learners previously at John Frank Training Limited. This transfer process is progressing with learner involvement.
In the event a learner does not transfer, we are considering what might be done to avoid these learners being unfairly disadvantaged.
