Question to the Home Office:
To ask Her Majesty's Government how many of the individuals who were scheduled to be on the charter flight going to Nigeria and Ghana, leaving from Stansted Airport on 28 March 2017 had disclosed that they feared persecution due to their sexual identity or gender identity were they to be deported.

The Home Office does not hold the data requested in a reportable format and it could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
