Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they have plans to agree on a universally accepted sign for the location of defibrillators in public areas.
There are no current plans for a universally accepted sign for the location of defibrillators in public areas. However, NHS England is considering all avenues to increase the uptake of bystander resuscitation, including the use and location of defibrillators.
