To ask Her Majesty’s Government what personal pupil data the Department for Education shares with the Home Office, and for what purpose.

The Memorandum of Understanding between the Home Office and the Department for Education outlines the purpose and the personal pupil data shared. The Memorandum of Understanding has been deposited in the house library.
