Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask His Majesty's Government what percentage of NHS referrals for (1) mastectomy, and (2) genital, surgery as treatment for gender dysphoria, were assessed as suitable for surgery in each of the last three years, broken down by age group.

Data on the number of referrals accepted as suitable for surgery by individual surgical teams was not collected nationally before October 2026. There is therefore no available data for previous years.
