To ask Her Majesty’s Government which sections of the Housing and Planning Act 2016 are not yet in force; and when they intend to bring those sections into force.

- Section 131
- Sections 133-136
- Section 138
- Section 151
- Section 155
- Sections 157-160
- Sections 180 & 181
- Sections 184- 189
- Sections 191- 200
- Sections 207- 211
- Schedules 1-9
- Schedule 11
- Schedules 13 & 14
- Schedules 17-20
The process for laying further regulations will continue throughout 2017.
