Question

To ask The Senior Deputy Speaker, further to the Written Answer by the Senior Deputy Speaker on 19 December 2023 (HL926), what assessment has been made of whether that answer was accurate in light of cost information provided to the Finance Committee in 2025; and what steps they intend to take as a result.

I refer the Noble Lord to the Written Answer my predecessor gave on 28 March 2025 (https://questions-statements.parliament.uk/written-questions/detail/2025-03-17/hl5836) which provided clarification of, and information in addition to, the Written Answer of 19 December 2023 (HL926).
