The current Great Britain (GB) Public Service Vehicles (PSV) fleet of buses and coaches is approximately 80,000. In 2015/16 the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) examined 8,485 GB vehicles for roadworthiness. This represents around 10.6% of the fleet seen between annual test. Further, DVSA examined 5,161 GB vehicles for traffic offences in the same period. This represents around 6.4% of the fleet
