Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government in each year from 2008 to 2015 what is the incidence of foetal abnormalities in births which have resulted from treatments using (1) oocytes frozen for a patients' own use in the UK, and (2) frozen oocytes used for the purpose of donation to another woman.
The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) has provided data in the following table. The HFEA advises that it can only provide data for outcomes up to 30/06/2014.
