Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government what is the role of the Homes and Communities Agency in respect of Spitfire House in Castle Vale, Birmingham, following a change of ownership.

The Homes and Communities Agency does not own or control Spitfire House and had no involvement in the decision of Birmingham Metropolitan College to sell the property to the Education Funding Agency. The Agency’s role is limited to determining whether a legal charge it holds over the building should be removed.
