Hospitals: Statistics

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask Her Majesty's Government how many (1) charities, (2) public bodies, (3) commercial companies, and (4) others, received Hospital Episode Statistics data from NHS Digital in August; and what percentage of each had (a) informed consent, (b) opt outs applied, and (c) neither.
NHS Digital has advised that the numbers of organisations that have received Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) data and the percentage of each that had informed consent, opt outs applied and neither within the month of August is shown in the following table.
