Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what consultation there has been with (1) the Scottish Parliament, (2) the National Assembly for Wales, and (3) the Local Government Association, about plans to bring forward full implementation of individual electoral registration in advance of elections in May 2016.

Ministers and officials have been liaising with the devolved administrations and local government over the implications of this decision for them, for some time.
