Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the report by the Baby Feeding Law Group UK Comfort milks, lactose-free infant milks and anti-reflux infant milks, published in May; and what steps they will take in response to it.

We welcome the report Comfort milks, lactose-free infant milks and anti-reflux infant milks which provides a valuable contribution to developing policy in this area.

Departmental officials are planning to meet with the Baby Feeding Law Group UK shortly to discuss their report.
