To ask Her Majesty’s Government which of the planning proposals set out in the document <i>Fixing the Foundations</i> will require primary legislation.

The Government's productivity plan 'Fixing the Foundations' indicates where further planning reforms are likely to require legislation. Details will be set out when the legislation is introduced in the autumn.
