Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask His Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by the Minister for the Cabinet Office on 23 June (HC8596), whether the agreement of revisions to the Cabinet Manual requires collective Cabinet agreement or is a decision for the Prime Minister alone.
