The delivery of the National Referral Mechanism (NRM) reform programme is a key priority for this Government. Over the past year, significant progress has been made to build the infrastructure required for these ambitious reforms to be implemented by April 2020. An NRM reform newsletter is distributed to interested stakeholders on a regular basis with updates on the programme.
