Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the report by the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Respiratory Health Improving asthma outcomes in the UK, published on 23 November, what steps they taking to improve the clarity of guidelines relating to asthma.
This question was answered on 13th January 2021
The British Thoracic Society, the Scottish Intercollegiate Guideline Network and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence are due to start work this year to develop a joint guideline relating to asthma care.
