Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask Her Majesty's Government when they plan to make the database of rogue landlords and property agents publicly available.

We intend to bring forward legislation to make information held on the database of rogue landlords and property agents public as soon as parliamentary time allows.
