Question to the Department for Education:
To ask Her Majesty's Government what plans they have to ensure that home educators are registered.
This question was answered on 1st November 2018
Earlier this year, the government held a call for evidence on home education, including the issues of registration, monitoring and support for families which educate children at home. The responses to the call for evidence are still being analysed and considered. A formal government response document will be published in due course setting out the government’s intentions.
