Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask His Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon on 3 April (HL6655), whether they will provide an update on when operational guidance will be issued on the trusted trader scheme.

Guidance on the new UK Internal Market Scheme (UKIMS) was published on GOV.UK([1]) on 9 June 2023. UKIMS replaced the UK Trader Scheme on 30 September 2023; traders are now able to register for and use the scheme.
