Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many incidents of illegal labour being used on offshore service ships there have been in the (a) oil and gas and (b) wind sector in each year since 2015.

The Home Office does not hold data on the number of incidents of illegal labour being used on offshore service ships to the oil and gas, or wind, sectors.
The Government expects that all employers will comply with UK employment law.
