Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 15 July 2015 to Question 6508, for what reasons his Department cannot report monthly on the litigation and Counsel's costs relating to the Freedom of Information request for the former Secretary of State for Health's diary of engagements referred to in Information Commissioner Decision Note No. FS50406024 and the subsequent appeals.

This is an ongoing legal case and we do not propose to report monthly on the costs of the case. These will be accounted for at the end of the process.
