Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether his Department has made an assessment of the potential merits of using non-fungible tokens in the issuing of (a) birth certificates and (b) marriage licences.

The General Register Office for England and Wales, (part of the Home Office) has made no assessment of the potential merits of using non-fungible tokens for any of its services.
