Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what her policy is on repeal of the Hunting Act.
This question was answered on 9th June 2015
The Government has said that it will give Parliament the opportunity to repeal the Hunting Act on a free vote, with a government bill in government time.
