Question to the Wales Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, what recent discussions he has had with the Welsh Government on childcare provision in Wales.

As announced at budget, working parents in England will be entitled to 30 hours of free childcare a week from once their child is 9 months old, backed by over £4 billion.

Childcare provision in Wales is a matter for the Welsh Government.
