To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, under what circumstances the Employer Checking Service will review or revisit a determination it has made on an individual's right to work in the UK.

The Employer Checking Service will review or revisit a decision after a complaint or after receiving further information regarding an individual’s immigration status. If an error is found it is rectified immediately.
