The monthly diagnosis rate, calculated on the basis of a monthly snapshot, for England was 61.6% at the end of March 2015. This is the latest monthly figure calculated by NHS England.

Healthcare in Wales, including the dementia diagnosis rate, lies under the responsibility of the Welsh Government.

The Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) is expected to resume data collection in September 2015 and NHS England plan to release letters to clinical commissioning groups over their individual rates in September 2015.
