Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the (a) efficacy of procedures and (b) adequacy of the time taken to process applications for no time limit and biometric immigration documentation by individuals who already have indefinite leave to remain.

Efficacy of procedure and adequacy of time taken to process applications for no time limit and biometric immigration documents are subject to ongoing review as part of internal Home Office improvement procedures.
