Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, what Freedom of Information requests his Department has received in respect of correspondence between the former Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and David Meller in respect of the procurement of personal protective equipment from Meller Designs; when those requests were submitted; and whether his Department plans to release the information requested.

Responses to all FOI requests are handled in line with the legislation, including applying relevant exemptions where applicable.

The costs of resourcing Freedom of Information requests are met within departmental budgets.
