Detention Centres: Manston

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 2 November 2022 to Question 73134 on Detention Centres: Manston, how many armed forces personnel from the (a) British Army, (b) Royal Air Force and (c) Royal Navy are deployed at the Manston immigration facility.
This question was answered on 14th November 2022
There are three shifts of between 13 and 19 military personnel, all from the Army, assigned to the Manston site. These personnel assist with logistics and the initial triage of migrants upon arrival at the site. There are no personnel from the Royal Navy or Royal Air Force currently deployed at Manston on this task.
