To ask the Prime Minister, what discussions he has had with (a) Ministers, (b) special advisers and (c) officials in the Department of Health on bringing forward the draft Law Commission Bill on regulation of health and social care professions for consideration by Parliament; and if he will make a statement.

It has been the practice of successive Governments not to disclose information relating to internal discussions.
