To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether an internal audit has been undertaken into reported problems with data collection for testing during the covid-19 outbreak.

We can confirm that our internal audit function has not undertaken an audit into reported problems with data collection for testing during the COVID-19 outbreak.
