Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what discussions he has had with the Secretary of State for International Trade on the risk of legal challenge against the UK at the World Trade Organisation as a result of the Government's plans to phase in border checks on imports from the EU after the transition period.
