Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what queries have been raised by the auditors of Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group in each year since its inception; what steps were taken in response to each such query; and if he will make a statement.

We are informed by NHS England that NHS Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group has received an unqualified audit opinion for each year since its inception. The audit covers a regularity opinion, findings regarding controls, value for money review and any other issues that require auditors to apply statutory powers and duties.
