Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what queries have been raised by the auditors of Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group in each year since its inception; what steps were taken in response to each such query; and if he will make a statement.

We are informed by NHS England that NHS Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group has received an unqualified audit opinion for each year since its inception. The audit covers a regularity opinion, findings regarding controls, value for money review and any other issues that require auditors to apply statutory powers and duties. This audit findings for each year are available to the public on its website:
