Question to the Scotland Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, what recent representations he has received from the Scottish Government on making changes to the Scotland Act 1998 on the role of the Lord Advocate.
This question was answered on 8th November 2021
I have not received any representations from the Scottish Government to amend the Scotland Act 1998 in this way.
