Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 24 March 2017 to Question 68775, on CH2M Hill: contracts, what questions were raised by the bidder on the decision on the Phase 2b development partner.

A number of questions have been raised. The matter remains under discussion between HS2 Ltd and bidders for the contract. HS2 Ltd expects to make an announcement concerning this matter shortly.
