Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what plans she has to report to Parliament on the functioning of the independent communications data authorising body.
This question was answered on 28th March 2017
The impact on current legislation of the ECJ Judgment of 21st Dec 2016 on data retention is still being considered by the Government.
