Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what the reasons are for the time taken to sign the contracts with CH2M for the HS2 Phase B development partnership.
This question was answered on 24th March 2017
Following the announcement of the winning bid for the Phase 2b Development Partner, one of the bidders raised a number of questions about the decision. HS2 Ltd is currently looking into these questions and expects to reach a resolution soon.
