Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if he will take steps to ensure that the Empowerment Fund is used to support countries at risk of Russian aggression.

The Empowerment Fund is currently under development. Details of the Fund will be announced to Parliament in due course.
