Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what discussions he has had with the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child on its 2016 recommendation on implementing the International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes.
This question was answered on 8th March 2017
I have had no discussions on this matter. The Department of Health is responsible for the implementation of the Code.
