To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, when he plans to respond to the letter of 17 December 2020 from the hon. Member for High Peak, reference RL16182.

I confirm that the Department received my hon Friend’s correspondence on 17^th December (reference RL16182). A response was issued on 7^th January, signed by my noble Friend, Lord Callanan. A copy of the response has been reissued.
