Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what legal costs the Government has incurred to date relating to the Freedom of Information request for the former Secretary of State for Health's diary of engagements referred to in Information Commissioner Decision Notice No. FS50406024 and the subsequent appeals.
