Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, whether the Office for Civil Society engaged in an open tendering process when awarding grants or contracts to the Foundation for Social Improvement.

The Office for Civil Society (OCS) awarded a grant to the Foundation for Social Improvement (FSI) through a competitive grant process to deliver the Small Charities Fundraising Training Programme, and a direct grant to deliver follow-on fundraising training for Local Charities Day 2016. OCS awarded a contract to the FSI through an open tendering process.
